These terms apply when you use BearAndDe or buy a piece. The house is quiet. The rules are short.

The house

BearAndDe sells marked pieces — black, white, the lion — when the collection is live. Prices are in USD. Duties and local tax may apply at checkout, depending on where you are.

Orders

A contract forms when payment is taken. Pieces are made to order. We aim to dispatch in a few business days. Standard delivery is about 4–8 business days after that, worldwide. Free shipping from $90.

Pay

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Charged in USD. No cash on delivery.

You

You are responsible for a true address and for import rules in your country. If a parcel comes back, we contact you before we reship.

Returns

Unworn pieces, 14 days. See Returns. Write to bearandde@gmail.com.

Site

The mark, the name, and the pictures are the house. Do not copy them. The catalog may change. We may refuse an order if something is wrong.

Law

These terms are meant to sit with the consumer laws that protect you where you live (including EU / EEA withdrawal rights). If a line here cannot be enforced there, the rest still holds.
