Returns

Unworn pieces, 14 days. Quiet, no noise. This is also the EU / EEA withdrawal window where it applies.

How

Write to bearandde@gmail.com with your order mail and what you send back. We send a return label. Do not ship until you have it.

Condition

Unworn, unwashed, marks intact, in the bag it arrived in if you still have it. Tried on at home is fine. Worn out is not.

Refund

When the piece is back and checked, we refund the method you paid with. Shipping you paid on the way out is refunded where the law requires it. Duties you paid locally may not come back from us.

Made for you

Pieces are printed when you order. If something arrives damaged or wrong, write the same day you open it — we replace or refund. That is not a fashion return; that is on the house.

Time

14 days from the day you receive it to tell us. Then a reasonable time to send it. We aim to refund within 14 days of the return landing.
