Who holds the data

The controller is the operator of BearAndDe. Write to bearandde@gmail.com. We reply.

What we keep

Account mail and name, if you sign in. Order name, address, and mail, if you buy. Messages you send through Help. Language and timezone you pick on the site (stored in your browser).

Payments are taken by our checkout partner. We do not store full card numbers.

Why

To run the house: deliver pieces, answer you, keep the bag, meet the law. We do not sell lists. We do not spam.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the bag, the account, and your language. If we later run ads, we will ask before any tracking pixel. Until then, no advertising cookies.

How long

Orders: as long as tax and warranty need them. Messages: until the matter is closed, then a short archive. You can ask us to delete what the law lets us delete.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection — under GDPR and UK GDPR where they apply. Mail us. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data authority.
